TERMS & CONDITIONS

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing, subscribing to, or participating in the Planning Without Panic (PWOP) program, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including the subscription payment, cancellation, dripped-content release, and no-refund terms described below. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this program and its materials.

2. PROGRAM OWNERSHIP AND OPERATION

PWOP is owned and operated solely by Leece Bachman LLC. All content, materials, intellectual property, and program administration rights belong exclusively to Leece Bachman LLC.

3. LICENSE TO USE MATERIALS

3.1 You are granted a limited, non-transferable, personal license to access and use PWOP materials for your individual, non-commercial use only while your subscription is active and in good standing.

3.2 You may NOT:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute program materials

• Share login credentials or access with others

• Use materials for commercial purposes

• Record, screenshot, or redistribute content

• Reverse engineer or attempt to recreate the program

3.3 This license may be terminated immediately if you violate these restrictions.

4. PAYMENT, BILLING, CANCELLATION, AND REFUNDS

4.1 Subscription and Price. PWOP is a subscription service billed at $99 USD per month. By enrolling, you authorize recurring monthly charges to your chosen payment method until you cancel.

4.2 Billing Cycle. Your subscription renews monthly until you cancel as described below.

4.3 Cancellation. You may cancel at any time by notifying us through the program's designated communication channels. When you cancel, your subscription and access to all materials and the community end immediately, and future recurring charges will stop. Canceling does not entitle you to any refund.

4.4 Dripped Content Release. Course content is released on a "dripped" schedule at a minimum of one lesson per week. Materials are not provided all at once.

4.5 No Refunds. All fees are final and non-refundable, including for partial months, unused content, dissatisfaction, change of mind, or technical difficulties on your end.

4.6 Failure to Pay. If a monthly payment is not received when due, access to all materials and the community will end immediately. We may attempt to reprocess the charge; however, you are responsible for any amounts due.

5. ACCESS TERM

Access to the PWOP program materials and community is available only while your subscription is active and paid. Access ends immediately upon cancellation or failure to pay.

6. COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION

6.1 By posting in PWOP community spaces, forums, or groups, you grant Leece Bachman LLC a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use your content for marketing and promotional purposes.

6.2 You agree to maintain respectful communication and follow all community guidelines.

6.3 Leece Bachman LLC reserves the right to remove users from community spaces for violation of guidelines.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All PWOP content, including but not limited to text, graphics, videos, audio, software, and methodologies, is the exclusive intellectual property of Leece Bachman LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

PWOP materials are provided "AS IS" without any warranties, express or implied. Leece Bachman LLC makes no guarantees regarding results, accuracy, or completeness of program content.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Leece Bachman LLC shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use or inability to use PWOP materials, including but not limited to lost profits, business interruption, or data loss.

10. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

Leece Bachman LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of PWOP constitutes acceptance of any modifications.

11. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Friendly reminder: Copying or reusing these Terms or any PWOP materials without permission is not permitted and is illegal.

PRIVACY POLICY

1. INFORMATION COLLECTION

1.1 We collect personal information you provide when registering for PWOP, including name, email address, and payment information.

1.2 We automatically collect usage data, including IP address, browser information, and program interaction data.

2. USE OF INFORMATION

2.1 Personal information is used to:

• Provide access to PWOP materials

• Send program updates and communications

• Process payments and transactions

• Improve program content and user experience

2.2 We will not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

3. DATA SECURITY

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

4. COMMUNITY CONTENT

By participating in PWOP community spaces, you acknowledge that:

• Your posts may be visible to other program participants

• Leece Bachman LLC may use your contributions for program improvement and marketing

• You retain responsibility for the content you share

5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

PWOP may integrate with third-party platforms for payment processing and content delivery. These services have their own privacy policies governing data use.

6. DATA RETENTION

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to provide PWOP services and as required by applicable law.
